CANCELLATION POLICY: You must cancel your reservation by 3 p.m. Central Time the day prior to your scheduled check-in. If cancellation occurs prior to 3 p.m. Central Time the day prior to your scheduled day of check-in you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee based on your entire stay reserved. If cancellation occurs after 3 p.m. Central Time the day prior to your scheduled day of check-in you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the first nights stay. In order to have a valid cancellation you must possess a cancellation confirmation email or receive and possess a cancellation number via the phone. If you do not receive a cancellation number you do not have a valid cancellation. NO-SHOW POLICY: No-Shows will pay 100% of the first nights stay and the remainder of your stay, if applicable, will be cancelled. CHECK IN TIME: 3:00 p.m. Check in before 3:00 p.m. is not guaranteed. Should you require a check-in before 3:00 p.m. please call the motel the morning of your scheduled check-in for room availability. CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00 a.m. Check out after 11:00 a.m. will not be granted without prior approval and is not guaranteed. PET POLICY: We are 100% pet-free. Absolutely no pets allowed in the motel. Guests found with a pet in the motel will obligate you to pay a $150 cleaning fee. SMOKING POLICY: We are 100% Non-Smoking. If you smoke in any room it will obligate you to pay a $150 cleaning fee. DAMAGE POLICY: All guests will be held 100% responsible for all damages done to the property. TAXES: Applicable taxes are subject to change without notice. When customers submit sensitive information via our website, it is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information, such as a credit card number, that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL.
